for the first time in along time i have been able to explain the mcspin! ok first off go into the Mcspin position. when you forwerds tuck your legs and kind of do a tarzn/ ritz kind of mover and swing your body out of the chain. its only compleat if you land it faceing back the way you started on your stomach.
