This is hard to explain but very easy to do oftern this is one off the first tricks they do. This trick is almost like a stomach frontflip except both hands are always holding on to one chain and you never really go upside down. In the back do a barrel roll/180 roll but your hands stay on one chain (usualy right over left on the left chain) and keep your head facing forwardand you torso as upright as possible. When you do the 180 roll/barrel roll make sure instaed of going onto your thighs not your stomach, this allows your torso to stay upright next to the left chain. Stay in this position until you reach the front then turn your head in the opposite direction and bring your thighs off the seat and out backwards this will spin you under the seat and out. To add spin is very easy just hold on after you come out from under the swing and turn your body.
