Dont owrry this trick isnt that difficult but requires the fliper to be extrmely brave and expeirience in reverse flips and no handed backflips. when you are at the spot were you would normaly take your hands off for a no handed backflip take them off but do not flip untill you are going backwerdfs. for the flip you need to kindof whip yuor body and throw your arms backwerds, its a smart thing to kind of put your hands out in front of you inxcase of a bail.
